Just need opinions, anxiety is bad

Last week my period was one day later than it normally is but I started getting cramps the night it normally starts. The next day (Saturday) I was having cramps and started to have a very light flow which I normally don’t. Was dark like old blood on the pad and some light red. Enough to use a pad. Had clots time to time and it would be bright red sometimes. Period ended Monday. I haven’t had sex in months and I’m on birth control, (missed one or two pills by like 30 min this month and I would say I was very stressed and ate less) all me and my bf do is the normal stuff. This period was not like any other I have had but am I okay? It was my period right? There isn’t a chance of pregnancy?
