Cold Meds and Breastfeeding

Hi ladies! I’m waiting to hear back from my doctor, but do any of you know of any cold meds that are safe to take while breastfeeding? My toddler, 4 week old, and myself are all battling colds. 😭🤒😷🤧 Luckily, no fevers, just runny noses, coughing and sore throats. Normally, I wouldn’t take anything and just use natural remedies, but trying to keep up with these kids while sick is difficult. My usual salt water gargle and honey lemon water remedies aren’t cutting it. My husband is working this weekend so I can’t rely on him until he gets home later this afternoon.
