i always took mine out when i showered. but i keep it in now, i feel dirty if i’m showering without it lol

Take it out give down there a really good wash and when u get out put a new one in. Becasue if you’ve just showerd then when U get out downstairs is all clean but then ur pulling a dirty tampon out and just making down there all dirty again! Deffo keep it out x

It depends on how long ago I changed my tampon. If I just changed it then I leave it in but if not then I take it out.

I always take it out . The less time a tampon is in your body the better !! If anything tampons are "dirty" all those chemicals and stuff . And letting your body be as natural as possible is the best !!
