How would you "makeover" me? Be as harsh as you want to be!!

Here's a picture that my sister took the other day. I'm not liking the way I look ! I'm in no way going to be upset by any comments ....what would you change about me? Honestly I've been feeling super dull lately!! My hair is flat, I want a new color, I need a tan..etc. I'll take any comments, even harsh ones. It's hard to look at yourself and be like "oh I'd look good with [insert new hair color/style]" or "new makeup" I also need to tone my arms and body up a bit! Im looking for actual answers so dont say you wouldn't change anything haha. Maybe stop wearing black? What colors would look good on me to wear??

(Teeth are crooked, and one boob is bigger than the other since I'm breastfeeding 😂)
