To young to wear makeup?

I am younger and I love to put on makeup but I feel self conscious because most people that wear it are older... my mom lets me but I just feel weird. I love doing it though but I don’t want people to think I don’t love myself and that’s why I wear it. I just think of it as art not beauty 🤷🏽‍♀️ but not everyone knows that. I want to gain enough self confidence to wear bright eyeshadow in public without running to the nearest bathroom and rubbing it off. Any tips? Thx!❤️

Try not to go crazy on stuff that go on your actual skin if you are going in public, because that does actually look weird if you are young (in my opinion) and you probably don’t need it anyway. But if you are talking about eyeshadow and stuff like that, go for it! Have fun! 
Also when I was a kid I used to go like full face glam while playing at home, just don’t go out with a pound of foundation on your face 😂

So makeup is meant to be fun and it’s art. When I first started doing makeup, it’s because I loved the art of it. After a while, I became to depend on it. Without it, I feel gross, and ugly. So, I’ve stopped wearing makeup this summer, so for school I can feel good without it. Honestly, I don’t think makeup is a bad thing, I love it so much. We just have to be careful with how it makes us feel when we aren’t wearing it.... if that makes sense :)

If you like it then do it, just know when to wear it and don’t exaggerate on the wrong situation in public. Also remember to really clean your face before going to bed, that is the most important thing if you like make up and would like to have good skin when you get older.
