Does anyone else’s baby do this?

When my little dude is sleeping, he sometimes starts crying like he’s had a horrible nightmare or is so sad to wake up.. then drifts right back to sleep.

Yes and it’s a little scary, lol. He will be sound asleep then scream/cry and then be right back asleep the next breath. So bizarre!

Yes! He does this every couple of days. He’ll let out an intense cry then just stop and be asleep. The first few times I flew into the room to check on him in his crib. I’ve learned to watch and wait it out. It breaks my heart because I feel like he’s having a bad dream 😭

It’s mostly likely a little bit of wind or they’re digesting their milk and they get a little pain. It’s all new to them passing milk through their system so I guess any little pain causes them to let out a little cry.

Baby is doing this as I type this and I actually came on here to see if anyone else is experiencing this. She calms down faster if she is touching me than if she is in her crib but I don’t trust myself to fall asleep with her on me in bed. Maybe I’ll sleep tomorrow

Yes! This is my 3rd baby & the other 2 didn't do this. It is weird! He's only done it maybe 3 or 4 times, but it's so weird when he does..
