Pregnant with 4 million sperm count?

Is this possible ? 
I was told I have pcos and now this sperm count to deal with !!!
I feel so hopeless and my dr doesn’t want to sit down until my HSG test is done. i saw her in May and was unable to go to the last HSG due to the time frame. I’m cycle day 15 and I have 60+ cycle days. It’s killing me to wait and have no expectations

I don’t have PCOS and I have regular cycles but my husband has low sperm count and we were able to conceive

Use some evening primrose, your periods are wack because of hormones. 
Evening primrose is a hormone balancer. It’s not as strong as a prescription period inducer but it’ll get those hormones balanced for you might just take a second. 
Also, it takes ONE little sperm to make it. Try and boost his sperm rather than his count.

Hi Lindsey. I noticed you fell pregnant (a big congratulations!!) 
May I ask, did you get pregnant naturally? My husband just got his results and his count was 10 million and only 5 being decent swimmers. 
I’m so so sad.

Would they be willing to give you something to induce a period quicker? My doc gave me provera so I could jump start my period for my HSG
