Pregnancy Symptoms on Liletta | Testing negative

I’ve had the Liletta IUD for over a year and haven’t had any abnormal side effects until almost a month ago. I’ve experienced about every early pregnancy symptom in the book: sore breasts, nausea, lack of appetite, food aversion, round ligament pain, fatigue, back pain, you name it I’ve experienced it this month. But I’ve taken 2 pregnancy tests and tested negative both times (most recent one was today when I woke up). Has anyone else experienced this? I feel like shit, and its freaking me out quite a bit.

UPDATE: Sooo my IUD came out completely on its own today. 😑 something’s telling me it was dislodged for a while, considering how easy it came out.
