Help please 🤭

I have had the hormonal IUD for a little over a month now. I had the IUD inserted on my period(May 23)but after that period ended I just had a lot of cramping and spotting for about two weeks after insertion. I had sex three days after getting the iud(the doctor said to wait 3 days) and the secondary protection failed. A few days later it failed again.... after that we haven’t used any secondary protection at all. I still have cramps on the occasion but they are not as bad as before. I took a pregnancy test because I was feeling nauseous in the mornings and getting really bloated tired and cranky but it came out negative(I took this on my day 2 of my missed period). Now it has been 16 days since I was supposed to start and it has only been a month with the IUD.(the doctors say I shouldn’t expect to stop having a period until 3 months)on top of being late 16 days, I have had very sore nipples as if they are bruised up, and I have gained 10 pounds. Thoughts? Is it possible I could be pregnant?😮🤷🏻‍♀️🤰🏻
