implant help ahhhhh

So I have had the implant for 6 months and my gyno told me that I’d have some random and weird bleeding patterns going on but they should stop after 6 months. Its usually light, but I get my period every day, and if I don’t, I’ve got a lot of this gross brown discharge, and its so much I can get away with using a light tampon to take care of itZ It makes me insecure around my partner, even though he doesn’t care, abd I’m honestly so over it and I just want to have normal, blood free sex (without having to use a condom! cuz u know... blood). Its just not as sexy when u have to worry about getting blood everywhere. I dont really know what Im asking... is this common? am i being impatient? im very confused HELP🥵
