How far an age difference is too far for a relationship?

I think it depends how old the people in the relationship are, my parents are 10 years apart but they’re both consenting adults so its fine but if a 15 year old got with someone 10 years older then it would be inappropriate

Depends on the couple in the relationship. Most people are comfortable within 10 years apart because it helps things go a bit smoother. (More in common, shared childhood experiences, etc) 
However like with anything in life, there are and can be exceptions. My husband and I are 26 years apart. I don’t know why or how but we are like a symphony together. We’ve been together for 10 years and November will be our first anniversary. We’ve both had a tonne of time to decide if this is right for us and after almost a decade we can’t find a reason for us not to be together.
So it can happen, but it’s like a bell curve. The chances of it being successful with a significant gap (over 10 years) gets smaller with it the bigger the gap. So if you’re getting into a relationship with a large gap, make sure you’ve thought about why and how you’re with that person and be super sure it’s right for you.

The last guy I dated we were 12 years apart. I guess it depends on what you want. Great guy, but one reason I left was bc we both wanted different things in life. I’m still kind of young and have a lot of life left to live, while he seemed to have given up on life and accepted it for what it was.
