I feel like the scale and how a person actually looks can be way different. Do you exercise? Do you have a lot of muscle mass? How do you feel? I guess we’d have to see to really answer this. But girl that sounds fine! As long as you’re happy 🧡

I’m 5”2 the ideal weight so I’ve told is 158ish I’ve seen charts that say less but you’re fine ☺️

You are at a healthy weight, for someone who is 5’2, they are supposed to weigh 130 to be consider healthy, if you were to lose weight, you would be considered underweight, which can cause you to get sick.

How do you feel. Ive gained a few ponds getting older and being sick. I went to the dr I was 140. Im 5’3. I was like i guess thats not to bad. I wear a size 5. And had 4 kids. Then i got my discharge papers, and underneath, it said i was over weight. I was really crushed, because i thought i looked ok. I guess it depends how you feel.
