Skipping the pill free week

I've seen mention of this before, is this ok?

I take Femodene, I've been on it 7 months. Next week is my boyfriend's birthday and we've got a whole week away together. But of course, that's my pill free week. My pills are 21, then no pills for 7 days. I wondered if it's ok to just end my packet and then just go straight into my next packet without missing the 7 days?

I really don't want to bleed as we're going to be camping, swimming and cycling and I don't get on with tampons. Obviously if it's dangerous I won't do it!
