weight loss
hey girls! i’m about 175 and i’m 5’11. I’m looking to lose some weight and tone up (mostly in my thighs, hips, and stomach). my man is away at training camp for 6 months and want to surprise him with a bangin body when he gets back!!
does anybody have any ideas for what to do from a work out perspective? i’d be open to new diet ideas too!! or any tips that helped you with weight loss! 😊 thank you!
