How do I know if I’m evaluating my cervical position and firmness correctly?
I checked my cervix for the first time tonight just to see if I could properly evaluate it. I have no clue if I’m doing it correctly.. how do you know if it’s high, medium, or low? I’m pretty confident on firmness, not sure on the opening. Although, I’m sure the more I check the better I’ll get at it.. it’s just so confusing to me..
