Lump in Vulva wall

Hey has anyone ever had a lump under the skin on the libia minora? It hurts now and has gotten bigger. I don't know if it is a cyst or tumor but I'm very worried. I'm only 17 and I don't know if it is something serious that I need to see a gynaecologist for.
