Cramps??? I

Does anybody else get cramps about 10-11 days before there period I feel like it isn’t okay for me to be having cramps

Answer

I start to get cramps a week and a half before my period and they usually stop like 4 days before my period and then I don’t get cramps again until my period actually starts. I used to get worried to but I would say it’s normal, at least for me.
