My baby will be a week old tomorrow. From day one he did not like being swaddled. He somehow always got his hands out no matter how tight we swaddled him. We’ve tried sleep sacks too but he hates having his hands not by his face all the time. This has made it so he won’t sleep in a bassinet or crib. He likes being held to go to sleep but I don’t want to just keep holding him all night. Any suggestions?!? I feel exhausted from this and like a failure.
