Very fertile women!!????

Question

Any super fertile women in here? Had my first son 9 years ago after not using a condom ONCE! Decided to try again this past December got off birth control and fell pregnant after 2 cycles but ended in miscarriage.. got pregnant again after 3 cycles and miscarried again... any other very fertile ladies experience this?

I can’t even look at my husband without getting pregnant. Our first was a surprise, so we weren’t even trying. Second one we got pregnant the first month trying. Third (currently 35 weeks pregnant) was a surprise again, and we literally had sex ONCE in that time period.
