Progesterone suppositories, anyone?

I’ve had 3 miscarriages pretty close together, all within a year. The last one I was on progesterone suppositories once a day 100mg the day I got my positive test, but I still miscarried. Now my doctor has me on 100mg 2x a day from ovulation. Did anyone do this method? I was also prescribed femora but haven’t tried it yet as I already ovulated on my own this cycle.

I’ve had a pre term birth, one early mc, and one chemical pregnancy. My obgyn referred me to an RE. They ran “recurring mc panel” tests, plus genetic tests, HSG, SIS. Everything came back normal but a bit low Vit D. I ovulate on my own, but I have unexplained spotting before my periods. 
So my RE advised to try a medicated cycle with letrozole+progesterone. She explained that letrozole would trigger “super ovulation” and progesterone from several eggs might help sustaining pregnancy at the early stages. Also, since a medicated cycle going to be monitored by ultrasounds, it might give them more insights.  Today is CD 3, I had an ultrasound, they took blood for estradiol. If my blood test comes back normal, I’ll start letrozole tomorrow. Hopefully it will work 
As for progesterone, I’ve been on oral progesterone pills for 4 cycles in the spring, but I kept spotting even on it, and didn’t get pregnant.

I was taking progesterone injections for IVF. I had spotting and the doctor doubled my dose. Currently 14w+3

I'm currently taking progesterone suppositories, 200mg twice/day. But I did IVF. Because my cycle was so closely monitored I was instructed on exactly when to start taking them.
