When is it s good time to switch baby to his own room? I have a 7 month old. Sleeps in our room but in his own playpen. He doesn’t need me to rock him to sleep, he’ll sleep on his own. The thing is that we are always up at night doing things since we work until late at night sometimes. I want to sleep train my son so badly. He sleeps until 1am and wakes up at 1pm with a 6-7am feeding, sometimes a 9am feeding. I want to get him where he sleeps at 7-8pm and sleeps all night until 6-7am. I need help! Any tips please.
