Hey everyone! So I’m pretty regular for the most part. But my period came a day late and was extremely painful. Could I have conceived and it’s flushing away?

The reason I’m asking is because I don’t have extremely painful periods normally, but it has been UNBEARABLE. Like the cramps were waking me up in the middle of the night and having me toss and turn because it was just too much. I’ve never experienced a period like this before.

We are TTC but haven’t tried for long. I just would like to know your experiences and if maybe I might need to see a doctor. Thank you
