Reflux?

My LO is 7 weeks old and recently starting grunting/moaning during the night and sometimes it sounds like he could be choking. He has been spitting up a bit too. He also does the grunting/moaning sound sometimes while he’s nursing. Does this sound like reflux? We supplement with formula and last night he spit a lot of it up on me and more in his bassinet later.

It could be reflux. Try keeping him upright for a half hour before laying him down to make sure he digests and doesn’t choke. My little one had it and we had to keep him upright for a half hour after every feeding.

I no this we a few days ago but does he arch his back while feeding or after and does he seem like hes hungry all the time and does he seem turny like a taste in his mouth if u dont find me asking my baby has got silent reflux and it seems more and more babys are getting it
