Was having consistent contractions starting in low back lasting 1 min and 4-5 minutes apart overnight but not painful. Let midwife know, but she told me to call if I have to breathe through them/painful. Yesterday had very irregular ones, more Braxton Hicks, during the day. The low back and cramping and regularity is what threw me off in the middle of the night? That was a good practice run I guess! How soon do you think it will be the real thing? Luckily my 38 week appointment is today and I can see if dilation changed.
