Help! Did I ovulate? What’s happening

Okay so the green circle is where is started getting high opks (digitals) I did not test the 30th but I think I would have peaked that day. All throughout my “glow ovulation week” I had low OPKS. I charted the high OPKS but glow hasn’t updated. The pink circles were supposed to be my period days but I started my period yesterday. What the heck is going on?. Did I not ovulate or something?. Had a NEG digital pregnancy test.
