I'm 3 cm dialted and I have been for a couple weeks. Cervix is very thin my doc says. I've had bits of my mucus plug come out. No bloody show but just pieces of it. I'm exaughsted and the pain in my back/stomach is intense. Are these signs he will be here soon? If not how can I speed this up! 38 weeks tomorrow and baby is still breech. Most mamas at least have the head down and can breathe easier. Of course my child would stay head up and hes pushing into my ribs. So so painful.
