Evening Primrose Oil?

Is any one taking even primrose oil l? If so how much do you take and which is better  orally or vaginally?

I take one orally and take 3 vaginally ! ♥️
Do NOT have sex after you put it in. I thought I was safe because they had dissolved . I ended up being a sticky oily mess 🤦🏻‍♀️

Answer

If you just starting to take it @35w you can begin with just one orally. Increase dose by one each week but no more then 3 a day. Don’t stay taking 3 right away it can up set your stomach. You can begin inserting one vaginally @37weeks at bed time.
