I’m on CD99 today. Before that I had a 60 day cycle. I’ve had 2 periods in 9 months coming off BC and TTC. It’s really heart breaking that my period hasn’t returned to normal or come because we are TTC. I finally went to the doctor and she said it sounds like PCOS and took a full panel of blood work and now I’m on a waiting list for an ultrasound - here’s the kicker, I’m in Canada and the wait for an ultrasound is 3 MONTHS. That means I won’t have a follow up with any doctor until the fall. I want to have a period so I can maybe jump start them back to normal. Do you think if I take a month of birth control pills I could jump start it so I start getting back to normal? Or is that a bad idea? I have birth control left from before I decided to stop it in November. Any help/advice or comments you could give would be so so much appreciated!
