I posted a while ago asking for suggestion on quick, easy and quiet snack/lunch ideas and thought I would share my new go to!
I wanted a meal that could last all week, didn’t need to be warmed up and that was healthier and satisfying.
Introducing...Italian Pasta Salad!
Macaroni pasta, quinoa, salami, cherry tomatoes, red and orange peppers, olives, mozzarella, hemp seeds and Italian vinaigrette.
