Anxiety/Depression post pregnancy

Hey everyone.

I would like to know if anyone ever had to get SSI benefits bc of severe anxiety/Depression? My Anxiety/Depression are both becoming such inconvenience to me that I feel like it is starting to become more severe. It is starting to affect me physically. I am 11 months post partum & everyday feels like a drag. I am freaking out just because i need to go out to get something to eat or food shopping. I overthink and feel like crying most of the time. My back has been hurting very much. Stabbing pain and shooting pain at the same time on my spine & my lower back.

My doctor suggested that I go to a psychiatrist. I don't have a car. I'm a single mom. I literally don't have anybody to bring me to the psychiatrist. It is super far. I don't have one that's closer to me that my insurance accepts.

If anyone have any suggestions, it would be great to know. Thank you vey much in advance.
