Fellow yogis!!
So I've been trying to get back into doing yoga everyday, but I'm getting bored of the app I've been using (down dog) not to say I don't love it! Because i do 🙏 but I just need a change lol what kind of yoga do you practice? And how does pne create their own flow and practice??? I want to get more into it this time around, almost to a spiritual level. Any advice???
