Positive OPK cycle day 11

I did my first OPK for this cycle at CD 11 and it came out as a very strong positive. My previous cycles, I haven’t gotten a positive OPK until around CD 14. Would you think it’s a true positive OPK or keep testing? My cycles are usually 27-28 days long. Keeping my fingers crossed for this month as it’s cycle #3 and we conceived our son on cycle 3. Thoughts?!
