Preparation for FET
So out of 20 eggs and 11 fertilising, we are left with only 1 that made it to blasto. Yes I know it only takes 1 to make a baby but I just felt disappointed especially as we’ve had to freeze it due to risk of OHSS. So there’s only 1 go at this and then that’s it.
Just wanted to get some tips on how best to prepare for the transfer...ie are there any foods I should be loading up on/avoiding to ensure my lining is nice and ready? How about alcohol?
