Full size or mini crib?

Question

Can’t decide what to get.. I don’t want a crib consuming the whole room but also want baby comfy.. first time mom.  What do you all suggest?

I would have gotten a mini but someone gave us a regular sized and I’m glad bc he was a big boy and grew QUICK! He’s only 1 and in a size 4T 😳😆

We had a smaller nursery so had a mini crib was great :) she wasn't cramped or anything. Was just right. It was just harder to find a mattress and sheets for it but totally worth it

I plan to get a full sized crib, convertible from bassinett to toddler bed. We have no nursery and dont want to get 10 million items for each stage pf development. We have a small 1 bedroom apt so i need itens to last & be multi functional.

Mini crib. It’s been plenty of space for my first two and the room we have just isn’t big enough for a full sized crib.

I went with a transition full size crib/toddler bed one. So hopefully it’ll last a while!

I’m going with a full size crib- I was debating this as well, especially since we have  twin bed in the nursery that is low to the ground and will be the toddler bed. While I love the idea of the mini crib I worry about baby outgrowing it before I’m ready to move out of the crib... I was 9lbs when I was born and my husband is 6’ tall so it’s possible we’ll have a big kid 😬

We used a mini for my daughter until a couple weeks ago when we moved her to a toddler bed. She’ll be two in about a month. I think a mini is perfect for the first couple years, regular cribs are HUGE and babies are TINY 😍 a regular crib really is overkill. Half the time my toddler still ends up curled in a little ball in the toddler bed even though she has plenty of room to spread out now. Mini was also perfect for room sharing. For sheets, any “playard sheet” should fit. We got a nice four inch thick mattress on amazon.
