What days during your cycle do you have sex when ttc? How many days before and after you get a positive opk do you have sex? Do you leave the semen in for a certain amount of time? Help me! Lol

I change it up month to month. This month I’m trying every other day basically in fertile window. I’ve also tried, day of positive and the following 2 days
