Appetite suppressant??

I am looking for something to really press my appetite and help me not want to overeat. Anything you ladies have experience with or know of it working for others? I'm looking to lose about 30 lbs

also coffee is a great one. i can drink a coffee at around 10 and not be hungry till about 3

sometimes to suppress my appetite i have a dumdum lollipop since they’re only around 20-30 calories and are sweet enough to subdue my cravings.

Staying busy helps me. Also just stay away from places with easy access to food. For instance, do work on the second floor so you would have to go downstairs etc to get to your kitchen. I don’t know how helpful it is though
