So I gave birth April 17, 2019 and got my first period post baby on June 8, 2019. It was very heavy and with a lot of cramping but I expected that as this is my second baby.

However, my period was due again July 6, 2019 but AF still hasn’t made an appearance.

Background: Prior to this my periods have always been very regular. With very painful cramps but regular in regards to time frame.

I’m not pregnant (I checked). Plus we’ve been very careful.

Has anyone else experienced changes in menstrual cycle post baby?
