Dip or hold?

Can I dip a CVS Health: Early Result Pregancy Test? In the instructions it doesn't say anything about dipping but tells you to hold down and pee on it.

Dip it girl! Holding it just ends up messy and half of the time doesn't get enough pee in the right place to give a valid result. "Red solo cup, I fill you up, let's have a party, a dipping party!" Sorry I'm over tired right now and this just had to be said.
