Baby Aspirin after miscarriage?

Question

Has anyone used baby aspirin while trying to conceive after a miscarriage? I’ve had multiple miscarriages and I’ve read that it can help increase chances of conception by 17% and increase chances of having a full term pregnancy by 20% 
Anyone have any luck?

I would only suggest doing so after talking with your doctor/obgyn! I've talked with a few women who read about people doing so on here but their next pregnancy they ended up in a miscarriage. Their doctor thinks it's possible it was due to the aspirin as for them specifically they wouldn't have suggested it. It's is usually safe but not always. I am on it right now but am prescribed it by my doctor as I have a blood disorder and have had 5 miscarriages.

I had a miscarriage in June,  and I started taking an aspirin a day. The dr didn't put me on them. I just read alot that said it helped.

This was recommended to me by my OB as well. Because it helps with blood flow, it promotes circulation and will help your pelvic region be a more habitable place.

Worked for me! I had 4 previous MCs and I took 170mg daily from the minute I found out I was pregnant and extra folic acid and it worked, I have my baby boy. I wasn’t diagnosed with a clotting disorder before and they told me to take it again if I get pregnant
