HELP PLEASE

Please please no bashing.... This has never happened before. My seven month old was dozing off on my bed like usual and I dashed down my hall to grab some milk and back. As I was dashing back I heard a thunk and a cry immediately. I threw my glass cup. Literally threw it and ran the last bit. She fell on my laundry. No bumps, bruising or anything. And only cried for a minute. I checked all symptoms. Pupils etc. She's fine. Should I still take her to the ER tomorrow? I feel like the absolute worst mother in the world. This is my first child

UPDATE: thank you everyone.... Thank you so much..... She's acting as normal but I'm probably going to beat myself up over this for awhile.
