Could this be an ectopic pregnancy?

I'm about 4 weeks pregnant. And just about an hour ago i started getting this like "cramp" over my right like hip area off an on it doesn't hurt too much but it does bother me. Theres no pain anywhere else and no blood. Has anyone else had this and it was normal??

Thats normal!!! Dont stress youll be getting a lot of questionable pains but dont worry unless doctor tells you something is up.

I had this. I got a internal and found that the sac was growing in the right place. I’m now only 7weeks but very rarely get the pain and when I used to it was sharp.
I think you’ll be okay hun but if your worried of course get it looked into x
