I’m in need of someone’s help! I’m on holiday at the moment and I really want a facial / Head massage whilst i’m away, is that okay to do so or shall i avoid??!!

I used to work at a massage place and they wouldn’t massage anyone who isn’t past 12 weeks because it is considered high risk and if anything where to happen they didn’t want to be held responsible. It’s best to just wait till your out of your first trimester.

My cousin is a massage therapist. Unless your doctor says otherwise you should be able to get a massage. She recommends that you let them know just so they're more delicate with your back
