Nap time help

Karen

Hey ladies! My baby girl is 14 weeks old and really struggling with nap time. I watch her sleepy cues, put her in a dark room swaddled with the sound machine. She will not, I mean never, fall asleep on her own. It takes at least 10 minutes to calm her down enough to fall asleep in my arms bouncing and then I have to hold her for at least 15 minutes before putting her down or else she wakes up and I have to start all over again. does anybody have any tips or tricks that I may not have heard of? How are you guys getting your babies down for a nap during the day? once I get her down after 15 minutes of sleeping in my arms the nap usually lasts 20 to 30 more minutes. Just enough time for me to recover physically and mentally from the nap just start all over again. I am exhausted!! Help!
