Hair loss help
Anyone else dealing with postpartum hair loss and have any tips??
I am 4mo pp, exclusively pumping, and taking progesterone birth control.
I have thick hair, so at first no one else could notice, but now I have about an inch of noticeably thin hair at my “receding” hair line. It makes me want to cry every time I see it.
Any supplements to help? Any STM that can tell me how long it lasted for them? Feeling so ugly.
