Do I really need to go to last appointments?

I’m 38w2d. I haven’t had any complications at all this pregnancy. Have gone to every appointment. Blood and urine is always perfect. Blood pressure is never over 115/65. All my doc does is measure my belly and that’s it. Reason I’m asking is bc it hurts to walk at this stage and I have to commute by subway.

It could all change in a blink honesty . 
Low amniotic Fluid 
High/low blood pressure 
Protein in urine 
List goes on and on

I would because you never know , something may change last minute. 
Also we are very lucky to have the healthcare we do, so take advantage of it. X

I would continue to go because I was perfectly healthy my whole pregnancy and then at 38 weeks my blood pressure spiked and I am still dealing with it now at 39 weeks!

Well last week since it was the 4th, my OB was only open three days..... they said that they didn’t have any openings, but they could squeeze me in. What the f?  I can’t help that I am pregnant during a holiday. I am a veteran and I very much support time off, but don’t tell me you can’t see me. But, I didn’t get seen, lol. Tomorrow is my 38 week appt. hopefully I can get a membrane sweep and schedule induction, because baby was measuring 8lb 13oz at 36 weeks.  She’s been measuring big since 27 weeks.

I actually skipped my 38 week appointment and my doctor wasn’t happy about it. On my 39 week appointment he told me to never skip appointments during the last few weeks. 
40 weeks pregnant now.

Im getting tired of appointments too id go tho.. I take the subway to work everyday and im 3 days till my due date lmao 😂she better come sooon

Definitely go! If you could get a taxi or family member/friend to drive you to the appointment that might make it easier?
