I have guy friends and they mean the world to me and I’d do anything for them. I also have a boyfriend (we’re having a rough patch) is it okay for me to have guy friends? I think it’s totally fine to go out and still have friends the opposite sex

Be friends with whoever you want. Assuming you don't have sex with your friends and there aren't feelings there where someone is trying to sabotage your relationship, there's no sensible reason it should be an issue.

It's okay to have guy friends if there are boundaries and respect. Once one of those get pushed than it's not healthy.
