So I was due my 2nd baby boy yesterday and just come back from my midwife appointment today. I’ve had an awful pregnancy right from the start. I e had hyperemesis which has lasted the whole way through, My BP is borderline high and my platelets are low but not low enough for the hospital to be concerned.

I thought that now I’m past due date she would do a sweep. But it seems in the UK they will only offer me one at 41 weeks!!! She’s booked me in and I will be 9 days over due and will be booked in for an induction at +12 days 😔

I feel like this baby is so ready to be out that I’ve booked a private sweep for Thursday! I can’t wait till I’m 9 days past to even attempt to get him out. I’m so hoping this sweep works, I don’t know if I can bear to go another week of this 😫
