Could I be pregnant?

I am 18 days late according to Glow, and I am having numerous symptoms. I am completely exhausted, I have absolutely zero energy. My nipples are sore, and I periodically have some cramps that hurt pretty bad. It will be a couple of stabbing pains and then I won't have any for a long time. I also am having some clear discharge with a little bit of white. I haven't tested because my last period was 18 days late, though I did NOT have symptoms like this last time. Everytime my husband and I have sex though, we use a condom. Is it possible I am pregnant, or will my period start in a few days and these are just intense period symptoms?
