I’m so confused girls..my last menstrual cycle was May 24-29. Haven’t gotten my period since then. I had very light pink spotting on June 21, for a couple of hours and that’s all (never had that before). I always have now lower back pain, I pee a lot, my boobs hurt a little but not so much, and I am sleepy. Went to the doctor last week, negative blood test and urine test. I am so worried..can I still be pregnant and it’s just to early?
