Am I screwed for another child? :(

I had the depo for 2 years now ive been off for 2 years.... NOTHING
My SIS IN LAW said it took her 2 years but she's the only one... 
Im new to this group so i thought i would ask...

I only had one shot and it took me 9 months to get pregnant. My sister in law had multiple and it took her 3 years (she wasn’t really ttc) I drank pink stork fertility tea and I made sure I took a daily vitamin. Idk if it helped but I drank the tea on my period and got pregnant that month. I took OptiWomen vitamins. Try it.

My last shot was November 2017 and I’m still not pregnant.

My last shot was in August, I’ve had 4 regular 28 day cycles. Still no BFP. Before my 4 regular cycles it was a guessing game! My doc said to have sex every other day CD8-22.

Took my first depo shop Aug 2019 due for a second in October 12 never went BK bleed the whole 2 months then October 23-27 had a regular period, November no period,Dec 17 and 18 I spotted and again Dec  27-28 still waiting on a period but am sick don't know why nausea, breast pains I so scared to test

By the way my period wasn’t regular. It was 22 then 43 days then 37 days etc
